Design a New Idea Review Form

Note: This topic is part of the Custom Idea Workflow: Example series.

After an idea has been submitted, the workflow initiator will complete additional information about the idea on the New Idea Review form. This form will also require that the workflow initiator assign an owner to make a decision on the idea.

The New Idea Review form will again be displayed to the idea owner to give context about the idea before the owner makes a decision on the idea.

To create the New Idea Review form:

  1. In the object selector, select a workspace.
  2. In the sidebar, hover over Workflows and Forms, and select Form Design.
  3. On the Form Design page, select Add to open a new form in the Form Editor.
  4. In the Properties: Form area, in the Name field, enter New Idea Review.
  5. In the Context Type field, select Idea.
