View a Project or Program Strategic Alignment Score

Each time a project or program is aligned with a strategy, a strategic alignment score is calculated for the project or the program. The score, which takes into account the project's or program's alignment with its associated strategies and each strategy's weighting, indicates how aligned the project or program is with an organization's strategies. This can be useful in the project or program selection process. Strategic alignment scores are calculated at the workspace level and viewed at the project or program level.

Because a project or program can be aligned with strategies in different workspaces, the project or program may have multiple strategic alignment scores. The Alignment Score tile enables you to view all of the project's or program's alignment scores.

To view a strategic alignment score:

In the object selector, select a project or program.
In the sidebar, hover over  Strategic Alignment, and select Strategy List.
The Alignment Score tile displays the project's or program's strategic alignment score for the most immediate workspace to which they are associated. Select the  Details icon to view all of the project's or program's alignment scores by workspace.

Tips

If the weight or status of a strategy changes, the strategic alignment score tile displays a  Score is out of sync indicator. Select  Recalculate Project Alignment Score or  Recalculate Program Alignment Score to display updated alignment scores.
