Recover System Forms in the Root Workspace

If you have the required privileges, you can recover the default System forms that come with Primavera Cloud and add them to the root workspace, making them available for use in subordinate workspaces. This is useful if the system forms are deleted. You cannot recover forms that are already available.

To recover a system form in the root workspace:

  1. In the object selector, select the root workspace.
  2. In the sidebar, hover over Workflows and Forms, and select Form Design.
  3. On the Form Design page, select Assign.

    The Assign System Forms dialog box lists all available system forms.

  4. In the Assign System Forms dialog box, select the system forms that you want to restore and make available in the root workspace.
  5. Select Assign.
