View Updates

After you select Refresh Workflow Design on the Workflow Configuration page, use the View Updates page to see which updates have been made since the last time the design was saved.

The diagram on the right is the base workflow design, which does not include the new and changed steps.

The diagram on the left is the latest version of the diagram. Select Added Elements or Removed Elements below the diagram. New, removed, and changed steps are highlighted in green.

If you want to update and save the workflow design with these changes, select Next, and then configure the new steps and tasks to complete the configuration. If you want to cancel all of the changes and use the previous saved design, select Cancel.
