Submit a Timesheet

Submitting a timesheet notifies the timesheet supervisor and approver. The timesheet approver then triggers the approval or rejection process for the timesheet.

To submit a timesheet:

  1. In the header, select your username.
  2. On the User menu, select Timesheets.
  3. On the Timesheets page, select a timesheet row, select the Context menu, and then select Submit. Optionally, select the check box next to the timesheet, select the Actions menu from the toolbar, and then select Submit.

    An email and Primavera Cloud Inbox notification are sent to the supervisor and approver.

    Note:

    • After a timesheet is submitted, all non-submitted entries in the timesheet get automatically submitted and no further actions can be taken on them.
    • Users are notified if a supervisor or approver makes any updates to their submitted timesheets.

Timesheets can also be submitted from the Timesheet Details page:

  1. In the header, select your username.
  2. On the User menu, select Timesheets.
  3. On the Timesheets page, select My Timesheets from the View menu on the toolbar.
  4. On the Timesheets page, select a timesheet from the Name column.
  5. On the Timesheet Details page, select the Actions menu, and then select Submit.
