Add a Program to a Portfolio

Programs can be added to portfolios manually or using filters. Programs added to a portfolio must belong to the same workspace as the portfolio or a child workspace. A program can belong to multiple portfolios.

To add a program to a portfolio:

  1. In the object selector, select Portfolios, and then select View All Portfolios.
  2. In the table, select the portfolio.
  3. Select the Program List detail window.
  4. Select Manage Programs.
  5. In the Manage Programs dialog box, select one of the following options to define how programs are added to the portfolio:
    • Manual Selection: Manually add programs from the Available section to the Selected section.
    • Filter: Specify the filtering criteria for including programs in the portfolio.

      Note: To search by program name, select Program name from the filter criteria and enter the program name in the text-based search field.

  6. In the Manage Programs dialog box, select Save.
  7. Select Save.
  8. In the inventory panel, select Close.

Tips

You can also perform this task from the Summary & Settings panel for the object in Primavera Cloud:

  1. In the object selector, select a portfolio.
  2. In the sidebar, select Summary & Settings.
  3. On the Summary & Settings menu, select Details.
