Move Workspace Log

The Move Workspace Log displays after a selected workspace is moved to a target workspace and can be accessed from the notifications panel, from the Manage Services page, or from the Inbox. The Move Workspace Log displays the name of the selected workspace, the name of the target workspace it was moved to, the start date that the move workspace process began, the end date the process was completed, who moved the workspace, any child workspaces moved with the selected workspace, and a list of impacted items.

The list of impacted items is sorted by Item Type in a table. Each impacted Item Type is designated as Moved, Renamed, or Removed. You can select the Item type to view important details for each individual item. The details panel displays the Total number of items affected, Name, ID, and Details for each item. Only data from the selected workspace is displayed in the Move Workspace Log. Data from any child workspace moved with the selected workspace is not displayed. Inherited workspace data that is removed during the move will not appear in the removed section of the Move Workspace Log, with the exception of User Access and User Groups.
