Update the Owning Workspace of a Library Risk

Update the owning workspace of a library risk to move it to another workspace to which you are assigned. Moving a library risk to a workspace higher in the workspace hierarchy makes it available to more workspaces.

You can only change the owning workspace of a library risk when you are in the risk's owning workspace.

To update the owning workspace of a library risk:

  1. In the object selector, select Workspace, select View Workspaces List, and then select a workspace name.
  2. From the Main Menu, select Risk, and then select Risk Library.
  3. Next to the name of a library risk, select the Context menu, and then select Change Owning Workspace.
  4. In the Select Workspace dialog box, select the new owning workspace and then select Select.
  5. Select Save.
