Add a File to the File List

Add relevant files, such as costing spreadsheets, contracts, specifications, and audio and video files, to your projects, portfolios, programs, or ideas to support your organization's data. There is no limit to the number of files that can be stored for a given project or by a specific user.

To add a file to the File List:

  1. Navigate to the files page
  2. In the table, select a folder, and then select Add File.
  3. In the Upload File dialog box, select one or more files, and then select OK. Individual files cannot exceed 2GB.
