Access the File List Page
Access, preview, add, delete, check in, and check out files within your projects, portfolios, programs, and ideas.
Use the detail windows on the File List page to assign file access, view file version information and file fields, specify file locations, and add annotations to your files.
To access the projects, portfolios, programs, or ideas File List page:
- In the object selector, select a project, portfolio, program, or idea.
- In the sidebar, hover over Files, and select File List.
Tips
- When files are added to Field objects, system folders are created in the project File List folder structure to organize these files. System folders and Field object files cannot be modified or deleted.
