Inbox Overview

The Inbox helps you keep track of activities and workflow tasks that you have been assigned as a performer or manager. Most Inbox items include action links to pages related to their contents, such as workflow forms. Some Inbox items serve as notifications of service completion or updates to status, such as the acceptance of an idea. You can filter your Inbox by a wide range of options to tailor your Inbox to your needs.

Use the Inbox to:

Receive reminders of upcoming and overdue activities to ensure you and your team stay connected and complete work on time.
View pages that other team members have shared with you.
Review or approve portfolio budget plans.
Receive updates on submitted, approved, and rejected timesheets.
Review discussions that you have been mentioned in.
Receive updates on completed background services.
