Monitor a Summary Portfolio Scorecard

Monitor the health and status of all portfolios you have access to in a workspace using the Summary Scorecard page. You can customize the view of this page to display the information about your portfolios that is most important to your organization, including measures available to the portfolio. A measure must be associated with the portfolio to view the data.

To review a summary portfolio scorecard:

In the object selector, select a workspace.
In the sidebar, hover over  Portfolio Analysis, and select Summary Scorecard.
To review more in-depth detail about the portfolio and its projects or portfolios, select the portfolio name to open the scorecard for that portfolio.

Tips

Measure values are calculated at the end of every period for formula-based measures. Different measures can have different tracking frequencies, and the end of the period is determined by the tracking frequency. For example, a measure with Weekly tracking frequency would have the values computed for it every Sunday at 11:59 p.m.
To ensure the most up-to-date data displays, select  Recalculate Measures. After you receive notification that the job is complete, refresh the browser page to see updated values.
To choose which currency to view cost data, go to  Settings and select the Currency tab.
