Accessing the SiteWand Login Page

The SiteWand backend is useful when performing maintenance and support activities. During initial installation, you must log in to set a new password as follows:

1. Access the backend URL:

   https://<hostname>[:<port>]/SiteWand/Login

   The following SiteWand screen displays:

   

2. Enter a password for manage_accounts.
3. Reenter your password.
4. Enter your email address and a password hint.
5. Enter a login name, password, email address, and password hint for the Etrack account.
6. Click OK.
7. Log out of SiteWand.
