Downloading and Configuring the Mobile App

To download and configure the mobile app:

1. Log in to the Instantis EnterpirseTrack web application.
2. From your user profile link menu on the EnterpriseTrack web application, select Get EnterpriseTrack Mobile.
3. From the Download the App section, click the Email me Link to have the app store link sent to your email.
4. Click the link sent to your email and follow the directions to download the app on to your mobile device.
5. Open the Instantis EnterpriseTrack app on your mobile device.

Logging in With SSO

To log in for the first time:

1. Tap EnterpriseTrack.
2. On the End User License Agreement page, tap Agree.

Entering Account Information

You can either manually enter your account information or scan the QR code displayed on your Instantis EnterpriseTrack web application.

To scan account information:

1. Tap Scan Account Information.
2. Scan the QR code displayed on your Instantis EnterpriseTrack web application (user profile link >Get EnterpriseTrack Mobile) with your device.
3. Tap Save.

To manually enter account information:

1. In the URL field, enter the URL of your organization's EnterpriseTrack server.
2. In the Account Name field, enter your account name.
3. Slide the Single Sign On bar to the right.
4. In the Additional Single Sign On Hosts field, enter the additional host names used for your single sign on deployment and tap OK. User semi colon separators.
5. Tap Save.

Entering your SSO Credentials

1. Enter your SSO login ID and password.
2. Tap Login.

Logging in Without SSO

To log in for the first time:

1. Tap EnterpriseTrack.
2. On the End User License Agreement page, tap Agree.
