Copying Status Reports

When you copy a status report, the system populates the following sections and fields with information from the most recent status report:

• Finance section: Comments field
• Key section: Status and Explanations fields
• Report section: All fields

Note: You can copy status reports only if this feature was enabled by your administrator and if the frequency setting of the latest report and the current frequency setting are the same.

1. Navigate to the Status Reports page by selecting (Project #) > Go To > Status Reports, or by clicking the Status Reports link on the left navigation bar within a particular project.
2. Select Create > Copy of Latest Report. You can also select Manage > Copy when viewing the latest status report.
