Viewing and Printing Program Details

View Program Details

1. Click the Programs link in the Left Navigation bar, or select Go To > Programs from the Top Navigation bar.
2. From the Programs listing page, select the Program you want to view. From the Program Basic page you can view the program details. The Basic Details, Organization, Program Budget, Program Custom Fields, Statement and Notes, Associated Proposals, and Associated Projects sections are displayed on the Program Basics page.

Program Budget

The following fields are displayed in program budget section:

• Program Budget (Total): The total program budget. The total is calculated based on the values entered in the program finance fields and the definitions for the categories in the global finance template.
• Proposal Budget (Total): The total budget of all the proposals. It excludes proposals that have the status as Rejected.
• Project Forecast View (Total): The sum of the forecast view column in the Projects section. It excludes projects that have the status Canceled. This field is applicable only if your project uses the double view finance template. For single view projects, this field is not applicable.
• Actual/Basic View (Total): The sum of the Actual/Basic column in the Project section. It is a total of all project finances, locked and unlocked. For projects using the single view finance template, it includes all finances locked and unlocked. For projects using the double view finance template, it includes the Actual view locked and unlocked. It excludes projects that have the status Canceled.
• Actual/Basic View (Locked): The sum of the Actual/Basic column in the Project section. It is a total of all locked project finances. For projects using the single view finance template, it includes all locked finances. For projects using the double view finance template, it includes the Actual locked finances. It excludes projects that have the status as Canceled.
• Variance from Actual/Basic View (Locked): The Program Budget (Total) minus the Actual/Basic View (Locked).
• All Financials in USD: All finances in USD.

Print Program Details

1. Select a program from the Program listing page.
2. From the Program Basics page, click Print.

Tip:

You can also access the Program Basics page by selecting Program # > Go To > Basics, or clicking the Basics icon on the Left Navigation Bar.
