Adding Expected Dates and Additional Information to Expected Items

When logged into Submittal Exchange, select a project and go to the appropriate log.

Option 1 - Add all due dates at one time

  1. Select the Display Full Log view.
  2. Within the Date Expected column, select the red Set Dates. A dialog box indicates all Section Numbers within the project and each expected item for the applicable section.
  3. Select the Date Expected column for the section that needs a date set. A calendar appears. Select your due date.
  4. From the Phases drop-down menu, select individual phases.
  5. Select Save.

Tip:

In addition to editing expected dates, you can also edit multiple custom columns for Expected Items.

Option 2 - Add due dates one section at a time:

  1. Select the Sections & Categories tab.
  2. Highlight the section that needs a date set. The Expected items in this section shows the current expected items.
  3. Select Edit below the Expected items in this section. A dialog box appears.
  4. Select the Date Expected column for the item. A calendar appears. Select your due date.
  5. From the Phases column, use the Select Phase(s) drop-down menu to select individual phases
  6. Select Save.
  7. Repeat for all sections you need to add due dates to.
