Edit Log Settings for Project Leaders

The following options are displayed for project leaders on the Edit Log Settings page:

Project Leader Settings

Do Not Allow Subcontractors to change Submittal Numbers: Select this option to disable subcontractors from using custom submittal numbers when uploading items.
Initiator 1 eligible to receive Reviews Completed email: Select this option to ensure subcontractor/initiator 1 receives final review completed email communications.
Show Phases: Select this option to enable phase selection for the specified log. You must first select the Use Phases option at the project level. For more information, see topics Preferences and Enabling Phases at the Log Level.
Custom Role Label: Select this option to allow custom role labels for subcontractor, general contractor, consultant, and architect columns on the log.
When Subcontractors are not used in a Section/category
- Log flow remains unchanged (default selection)
- Log flow skips Subcontractor: If a subcontractor is not assigned to a section, the item is closed once the architect has returned it to the general contractor. It is not returned to the subcontractor.
Division Prefix Digits: This option is applicable for section-based logs. The default value is 2. The prefix displayed for divisions on the log page is modified based on the value selected here. The option is displayed only after the log is saved.
