Uploading a Stamp to Adobe Acrobat

To create the stamp:

  1. Save the PDF version of your stamp to your computer.
  2. Open a new file within Adobe Acrobat software on your computer.
    1. Select: Tools > Comments > Stamp Tool > Create Custom Stamp.
    2. Select Browse to locate and select your PDF stamp file.
    3. Select OK.
    4. In the Category field, select Dynamic for the stamp and name your stamp.
    5. Select OK.

Your stamp has now been saved in your Adobe Acrobat tools and is ready for future use.

To use this stamp:

  1. Open the document in Adobe Acrobat.
    1. From the toolbar select: Tools > Comments > Stamp Tool > Dynamic.
    2. Select Your stamp.

      Locate your stamp and click on it.

      Place your stamp on the document. Resize your stamp as needed.

    3. Save the file for future use.
