Distributing a Report via Email

You can choose to email the report output to project team members or company users. Each time the report is run, an email attachment is sent to the users in your distribution list. Users have the option to unsubscribe from the distribution list. You can set the distribution list when creating or modifying a custom report.

To distribute a report via email:

  1. Select Build Custom Report if you are creating a new report, or select the report you want to modify and select the Gear icon > Edit.
  2. From the left pane, select the output Send as attachment link.
  3. Select the Distribution List link The Distribution List page is displayed.
  4. From the right pane, select from Company Users or Project Team users.
  5. Select users and select either the Add to "To List" or Add to "CC List" button.
  6. Select Save.
