Activating the Registration Card functionality with its related controls impacts the following features.
Changes Log Screen
The Changes Log records each time a user turns the Print Registration Cards for Accompanying Guests parameter On or Off.
The Changes Log records each time a user changes the value of the Age Threshold to Print Registration Card setting.
Each time a user with the View Identification Details (Client Relations) task granted prints a registration card, it is recorded in the Changes Log. This record is created for the Profile activity group.

The Registration Card screen features a Select Guests panel where all guests appear when they have an age older than the age defined in the Age Threshold to Print Registration Card setting. You can select one or more of these guests to print a registration card for them. This section contains the following fields:
Check box to select/deselect the guest
Guest Name
Guest Age
Birth Date (masked or unmasked based on the user permissions granted)
Batch Registration Card Screen
A Business Event for Advance Check In includes the following Data Elements:
The Batch Registration Card screen features a Select Guests panel where either the Primary Guests or both the Primary and Accompanying Guests appear. You can select the guests for whom you want to print a registration card.
When the Primary Guests and Accompanying Guests option is selected, registration cards are printed in the following order:
First – primary guest
Second – accompanying guests by profile ID number order
Eligible accompanying guests have a separate registration card printed. Ineligible accompanying guests show on the registration cards of all eligible guests from the reservation.
Sample Registration Card Report (sample_registration_card)
The Sample Registration Card report (sample_registration_card) contains the accompanying guests’ names and only shows information on the guests who are ineligible for an individual registration card. The following information appears on the report:
Primary Guest – if the PRIMARY_GUEST_FULL_NAME merge code is added to the report, the primary guest appears on the registration cards of related accompanying guests.
Full name of the accompanying guests.
Birthdate.
Birthplace.
Nationality.
Full Address.
