Guest Revenue Statistics

You can use the Revenue Statistics feature to determine how much a guest has contributed to your hotel revenue while staying at your properties. You can search by property and view the dates of a guest's past stays, and the amounts of revenue generated. The revenues for a guest are categorized and grouped into revenue stay buckets. You can configure these revenue buckets for the profile revenue bucket type. Each revenue bucket tracks the guest expenditures associated with transaction codes.

Note:

You can configure an unlimited number of profile revenue buckets, but only up to 30 appear at a time on the screen.

You can view the following information for the guest’s stays and revenue:
  • Property where the guest stayed

  • Arrival and departure dates for the guest

  • Calendar year that includes the reservation arrival date

  • Revenue buckets for the stay detailing the total revenue associated with the transaction codes attached to that bucket. Depending on your configuration, one or more revenue buckets appear.
