Reports are a valuable tool for managing, tracking and analyzing OPERA Cloud data. OPERA Cloud includes a number of predefined standard reports, each containing a descriptive report name (for example, Deposit Activity Report) and an internal name (for example, deposit_activity).
To view OPERA Cloud reports, select Reports, and then Manage Reports from the OPERA Cloud menu.
From the Select Report screen, you can:
Search for and access a report based on specific criteria
Fax or email the report
Print the report
Preview a report
From the Manage Reports page, you can generate a report by following these steps:
Enter or confirm the Property Code. If you are logged in at the hub level, you will have the option to view either Global reports or Property reports.
Select the Show Internal checkbox to show internal reports.
Enter a report name and/or select a Report Group from the drop-down menu, and then click Search.
Select a report from the search results to highlight it. You may need to expand a report group to view individual reports. To do so, click the plus sign.
Select Report Parameters to filter or organize data in the report.
Select a Report Destination (Preview, Print, Email, or Fax), and then click Process.
Depending on OPERA Controls and OPERA Tasks associated with your account, the report options you have available may be different than the reports included in this guide. For example, financial reports may not be available to maintenance staff.
