You can create guest messages for repeated use on any guest reservation. You can also create messages intended only for a specific guest.
• Use Reservation Management in the Administration Booking menu to create generic messages for any guests.
• Use the Guest Messages option in the Reservations Workspace from the OPERA Cloud Bookings menu to create messages unique to one specific guest.
You can deliver messages to guests on paper or as text messages. The system stores an unlimited number of messages. They remain stored until manually deleted or until running End of Day within 30 days after the guest checks out.
