Setting Guest Wake Up Calls

You can set wake up calls for reservations currently in-house and search for wake up calls by date.

  1. From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Bookings, select Reservations Workspace, and select Wake Up Call Companion.
  2. Select New.
  3. Enter the guest room number, date, and time.
  4. Indicate if a follow-up call time is needed, and add any notes.
  5. Set the wake up call frequency as Once or Daily.
  6. Click Save.
