From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Blocks, and select Manage Block.
Search for a block, click I Want To... and then click Modify/Update Change Block Status.
In the Change Block Status window, select a Room Status.
Change the block status and then click Save.
Click Shift Block Date. Select a new start date for the business block and click Save.
Click Cutoff Block. You will get a confirmation message asking if you want to cutoff dates and all rooms in this Block will be cutoff. Click Yes.
Click Delete Block. You will get a confirmation message asking if you want to delete the block. Click Yes.
Click Assign Rooms. In the Manage Reservation window, click Assign Room in the search table. In the Room Details window, search for the Room Type and in the search table, click Select Room in Actions column.
You can Auto Assign the room or Manually assign it.
Click Cancel Block Reservation. In the Mass Cancellation window, select a block from the search table and click Mass Cancellation.
On the Cancel Reservations screen, enter a Cancel Reason and Description.
Select additional options to include in the cancellation. Options are Delete All Reservation Traces , Ignore Cancellation Penalty , and Cancel Sharing Reservations .
Click Cancel Now to start the mass cancellation. A status screen appears.
