A quick way to transfer a guest’s charges between folio windows is to use drag and drop functionality. This method does not let you split charges when transferring.
- From the Billing screen, click Move Charges and then select the Windows option or verify this option is selected.
- Click the window from which you want to move a transaction. From the table listing transactions for the window, click the transaction you want to move and drag and drop it to another window.
The transaction moves into the new window. The balance in both windows updates to reflect the change.
