Items

RMS publishes item data to the RIB.

Before an Item can be successfully consumed by a subscribing application; the Suppliers, Pack Component Items, UDAs, Diffs, and Tickets that the Item references must have already been successfully consumed by the same subscribing application.

SIM will subscribe to all item information but will reject any consignment items.
