GL Chart of Accounts defines the accounting structure in any financial applications. As the financial application determines the final payment, it is necessary to bring over the account information to RMS and ReSA in order to send the Stock information of RMS and Total IDs of ReSA back to Financials. As the accounting structure in financials always do not match the accounting structure in RMS and ReSA, it is necessary to map the financial accounting structure to RMS Merchandise hierarchy and ReSA’s Total ID. This mapping would facilitate the matching of the accounts on both sides of the application and the journal entries in financials.
