igs XAllocPublishing Web Service
Functional Description
RMS subscribes to the XAlloc information as published from the RIB. This Web Service will accept the RIB XAlloc Object and publish it to the RIB JMS topics for processing by the RIB RMS XAlloc Subscriber.
