SIM109 – Customer Order Status - Inquiry

Description |
SIM will support the ability to process a pickup at store transaction that does not require POS. In this scenario, SIM would decrement reserved and on hand and inform OMS that the order has been picked up at the store. This would be an alternative to processing pickup in store through POS. SIM will call the OMS to check status before allowing a customer pickup or shipment to customer. |
