VEND02 – Advanced Shipment Notification (ASN-IN)

Description |
Vendors will notify RMS when an order is shipped to customer by sending the outbound ASN. RMS will auto receive drop ship orders from vendors on receipt of an ASN. Vendors will notify SIM when an order is shipped to a store for fulfillment by sending the outbound ASN. OMS will receive ASNs or a similar transaction from the vendor to update order status. It is assumed that the same ASN that is received by RMS will be consumed by OMS. OMS will also use this information to send the sale transaction to ReSA. |
