OMS19 – Customer Return Notification

Description |
When WMS processes a return, it will notify OMS of the return so it can update the customer order and trigger a refund to the customer.
When POS processes a return, it will notify OMS and ReSA via RTG Log. Processes will be put into place to ensure that the same transaction is not processed in ReSA from both POS and OMS. |
