Service Request

The customer should be able to track the status of a service requestA Service Request is a user request for information or advice, or for a standard change. once it has been raised. The service request widget on the current and savings accounts dashboard displays the number of open service requests raised by the customer.

The customer can navigate to the screen on which all the service requests are listed along with their reference numbers and current status, by selecting the ‘View All’ option available on the widget.
