Changing the Dashboard Order

You can change the order in which prebuilt and custom dashboards appear.

To change the dashboard order

1. Open a dashboard.
2. Click Dashboard Order.

   The Display Dashboard Order page appears.

3. Clicking the left arrow and right arrow buttons, move dashboards from the Available Prebuilt Dashboards list to the Prebuilt Dashboards to Appear list.

   NOTE: The maximum number of dashboards that can be displayed in the list is 299. If you create more dashboards, they do not appear in the list.

4. To rearrange the order, click the arrow up and down arrow buttons.
5. Clicking the left arrow and right arrow buttons, move dashboards from the Available Custom Dashboards list to the Custom Dashboards to Appear list.
6. To rearrange the order, click the up arrow and down arrow buttons.
7. Click Save.

If you rename a custom dashboard, it is removed from the Custom Dashboards to Appear list. You must edit the dashboard order to have it reappear.
