Making the Release Notes available within the application

1. Obtain the most recent version of the Release Notes. For more information, see About the documentation.
2. Copy the Release Notes to <INSTALL_DIR>/Signal/relnotes. For example:

   /u01/stage/Signal_Install/Signal/relnotes
