If you select the checkboxes next to any trade code or organization then hit the Send Unsent ITBs button, the Send Unsent ITBs dialog box appears. Use the dialog box to choose the delivery method and template type for the ITBs that will be sent. Invitations To Bid will be sent to every organization who has not already been sent an ITB and is either selected or assigned to a selected trade code.
