General Purpose: The Send Messages Page provides the ability to send a message to any organization that has been added to the project.
- Messages can be sent on the project or package level. This is indicated on the screen.
- If the project is a multiple package project, all organizations invited for each package will be listed along with the package they were invited under.
- This page allows for multi-level dynamic filtering to help you build a more targeted list of recipients.
- You can refine the recipient list by ITB (Invitation To Bid) status and response at the trade code level.
- This improves your delivery stats by sending pertinent information only to those that require it.
