Collection Interval
This measurement is pegged each time an interworking attempt by MD-IWF fails due to receiving an error response from the far end. The error response could be a non-2xxx Diameter Answer, or a MAP U-Abort or Reject.
Note: An interworking attempt is defined in EvMdIwfInterwrkAttempt
