Create Saved Search Dialog

Use this dialog to save a custom search.

• Select Set as default to save the selected saved search as the default search.
• Select Run automatically to enable this search to be run each time the Add Forms dialog is opened.
• Select Save Results Layout to save the appearance of the search results, including the visible columns and their order
