Copying a Function in the Function Space Diary View for Siebel Open UI

The following procedures detail how to copy functions in the Function Space Diary view.

To copy a function in the Function Space Diary view

1. Navigate to the Function Space Diary screen.
2. Double-click on a booking, and select the Copy button from the pop-up window.
3. Complete the fields as required. Some fields are described in the table that follows.

   Field	Comments
   Quote Name	Function Information. The quote name will be predefaulted with booking quote and cannot be changed.
   Function Name	Function Information. The name of the function.
   Date	Function Timing. The date of the function.
   Start Time	Function Timing. The start time of the function.
   End Time	Function Timing. The end time of the function. The user can specify a start time and an end time and the duration is automatically calculated.
   Subfunctions	Function Details. Specify whether sub-functions of the selected function, if any, must be copied or not.
   Line Items	Function Details. Specify whether line items of the selected function (its sub-functions, if any) must be copied or not.
   Backup Spaces	Function Details. Specify whether backup spaces of the selected function, if any, must be copied or not.
   # of Days	Recurrence. User can copy a function for multiple days.

4. Click OK.
