Accessing the Quote Summary

In the Quotes Summary view, you can see the revenue, profit, and availability information for the function spaces and room blocks associated with the quote. To access the quote summary, follow this procedure.

This task is a step in Process of Reviewing Quote Details.

To access the quote summary

1. Navigate to the Quotes screen, then the List view.
2. In the Quotes list, query for and select the quote.
3. In the Quote record, click the link in the Name field.
4. Click the Summary view tab.
5. View the quote summary information by using the procedures that follow.

   NOTE:  For nonparticipating properties, all of this information is editable, because pricing functionality is not available for nonparticipating properties.
