PUB Application Upload Workflow for OPA 12x

This workflow is identical to the PUB Application Upload Workflow, except that this workflow does not accommodate the functionality for decision reports, which are not supported in the integration for OPA 12.x. For more information, see PUB Application Upload Workflow.
