Siebel Public Sector Guide > Managing All Cases > Copying CasesYou can copy a case record to create a new record that contains the original record's attachments and information, such as associated contacts, accounts, and assets. Not all records are copied to the new record. Activities, activity plans, and approval records are not copied to the new case record. This task is a step in Roadmap for Managing Cases.
