The image oam_dbinfo.png shows the Database Information page in the standalone Oracle Appliance Manager configurator. The navigation frame is on the left-hand side of the page as described in the previous image. In the navigation frame, the preceding and subsequent pages are listed as links that you click to go directly backward or forward one page, and the current page name is in bold font. On the bottom of the page are the Help, Back, Next, Install, and Cancel buttons, all of which are active except for the Install button.
There is one check box in and several fields in the main part of the page. The check box is labeled Create Initial Database, which is checked in this example, allowing values to be entered or selected in the fields as follows:
Database Name: This is a text entry field in which you enter the name for the database. In this example, the name is mydb1.
Is Container Database: This is a list field from which you select either true of false. In this example, the selected option is false.
Database Type: This is a list field from which you select OLTP, DSS, or In-Memory. the selected option is OLTP.
Database Class: This is a list field from which you select the database class for the database. In this example, the class is odb-06.
Database Language: This is a list field from which you select the language for the database. In this example, the language is AMERICAN.
Database Deployment: This is a list field from which you select the type of database. In this example, the database deployment type is RAC.
Data File Size (GB): This field is not active in this example because it is used only for container databases created with Oracle Appliance Manager configurator.
Data Files on Flash Storage: This is a list field from which you select either true of false. In this example, the selected option is false.
