ONE TIME PASSWORD

The OTP is configured as two factor authentication mechanism and as per the level of authentication configured, it is executed.

A onetime password will be sent to the email id and/or mobile number of the user, as available on the user profile. This password will be valid only for a specified period of time, after which it will expire and no longer allow the user to proceed.

An OTP, if configured is mandatory to complete a process / transaction. The user can get a fresh OTP, by clicking on Resend Code, to receive the code again (if not received or expired). On successful authentication, the transaction is completed.

For OTP verification:

  1. In the Verification Code field, enter the code as received.
    OR
Click Resend Code, if you wish to receive the verification code again if OTP has expired or not received.
  1. Click Submit. The success message appears.
