The OFS PCD Service Administrator User details (email id, user id) is captured as part of the service order subscription. After completing service instance provisioning, the OFS PCD Service administrator receives a welcome email. The administrator user has to activate the account and enter a new password. After entering the new password, the administrator user receives a confirmation email and can access the Oracle Service Dashboard (OFS Price Creation and Discovery Cloud Service in this case).
OFS PCD Service is delivered with SYSADMN, SYSAUTH as default users. These two users can log into IDCS console and create other users.
When the above users log into the IDCS concole for the first time, they receive a Welcome Mail. The following illustration is an example of the Welcome Mail:
