Before you can access the OFS PCD service, you need to have a functional user account created for yourself with the help of tenant administrator in IDCS.
OFS PCD Service functional user receives a welcome email. The user has to activate the account and enter a new password. After entering the new password, the user receives a confirmation email and can access the Oracle Service Dashboard (OFS Price Creation and Discovery Cloud Service in this case).
