Recovery:

The PCA Function becomes Disabled when the Admin
State is set to Disable. The PCA Function Admin State can be determined from
the SOAM GUI
. Verify the admin state is set as expected.

If the Admin State of the PCA Function is to remain
Disabled, consider changing the ART configuration to stop sending traffic for
that function to PCA.
