Configuring an Order Receipt Layout

1. Select the property, click Setup, and then click KDS Displays.
2. Click the Display tab.
3. From the Chit Display Options section, click the Select link, select the KDS Chit Layout Style, and then click OK.

   To see sample chit styles, click the Help link.

4. From the Serpentine Mode drop-down list, select one of the following modes:

   • 0 - TSR: Select this mode to arrange the KDS with the number of vertical columns set in the Chit Columns drop-down list.

   • 1 - Horizontal: Select this mode to arrange the KDS with the number of horizontal rows set in the Chit Rows drop-down list.

   • 2 - Vertical: Select this mode to arrange the KDS with the number of vertical columns set in the Chit Columns drop-down list, and using the Chit Rows drop-down list to set the number of rows to appear.

5. From the Menu Item Font drop-down list, select the font size for menu items on the KDS Display.
6. From the Order Type Font drop-down list, select the font size for order type text on the KDS Display.
7. Click Save.
